This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and other important information regarding your order. By purchasing from BrightAli, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship our products within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping services, and updates will be provided on our website as they become available.

If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out to info@brightali.xyz for further assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on BrightAli are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be extended due to high order volume, product availability, or special promotions. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to different customer needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Available in select locations)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working on expanding our services to global customers. Please check back for updates.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. If an order meets the minimum spending requirement for free shipping, it will be applied automatically at checkout.

For expedited and overnight shipping, additional fees will apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your package’s status.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@brightali.xyz.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at info@brightali.xyz so we can attempt to update your information before the order ships.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

7. Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, BrightAli is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL)
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Natural disasters or public health emergencies
  • High holiday shipping demand
  • Customs clearance for international orders (if applicable in the future)

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered safely. However, in rare cases, packages may be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

8.1 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check your mailbox, front door, and any alternative delivery locations
  • Ask neighbors or household members if they received it by mistake
  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further assistance

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact info@brightali.xyz within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation.

8.2 Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, BrightAli is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a report with local authorities. You may also check if your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance covers stolen packages.

8.3 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us at info@brightali.xyz within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, customers will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost
  • The return shipping cost (if applicable)
  • The re-shipping cost (if the order is re-sent)

Refunds for undeliverable packages will be processed excluding shipping fees.

10. Order Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email info@brightali.xyz within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our Refund and Return Policy.

11. Holiday Shipping and Special Promotions

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer due to increased demand. We encourage customers to place orders early to avoid delays. Any special holiday shipping promotions or cut-off dates will be clearly announced on our website and social media.
