1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

Product Condition

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable) must be included
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Send an email to info@brightali.xyz with the subject line: Return Request – Order #XXXXX. In your email, include:

  • Full Name and Order Number
  • Reason for the Return
  • Clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely and include the RA# inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • If your return is rejected (due to damage or missing components), we will notify you with further options

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@brightali.xyz.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear images or video proof
  • Order details for verification

If approved, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, email us at info@brightali.xyz as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no cost.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you are returning a product for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect order placement), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

8. International Orders

At this time, we only accept domestic returns within the United States. For international customers, refunds are available for damaged or incorrect items, but return shipping may not be covered.
